Descansa a la sombra:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Descansar regularmente en una zona fresca y a la sombra puede suponer una gran diferencia. Es como pulsar el bot\u00f3n de reinicio del termostato interno del cuerpo. Descansar del sol directo reduce la temperatura de la piel y permite que el cuerpo se recupere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.
