Tienes experiencia, conoces los entresijos y eso conlleva cierto orgullo. Pero la cuesti\u00f3n es que, lleves el tiempo que lleves en esto, siempre hay algo nuevo que aprender. \u00bfY los mejores trabajadores? Son los que nunca dejan de aprender.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mantener la mente abierta<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por muy bien que conozcas tu trabajo, siempre hay algo nuevo que aprender. Cada d\u00eda ofrece una oportunidad de encontrar una forma mejor de hacer las cosas, ya sea a trav\u00e9s de un consejo de un compa\u00f1ero de trabajo o de una lecci\u00f3n extra\u00edda de un error. Mantener la mente abierta no significa admitir que no lo sabes todo, sino reconocer que siempre se puede mejorar. El mero hecho de escuchar a los dem\u00e1s, ya sean nuevos con ideas nuevas o veteranos con experiencia, puede aportar ideas valiosas que faciliten tu trabajo.
